Unauthorized Use of Materials

You acknowledge and agree that upon our receipt of a notice of a claim of copyright infringement, we may immediately remove the identified content from the Green Science Policy website without liability to you or any other party and that the claims of the complaining party and the party that originally posted the materials will be referred to the United States Copyright Office for adjudication according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Guidelines for Use of the Green Science Policy

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Green Science Policy Institute, its principals, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, third-party providers and affiliates harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, that arise from your use, inability to use, or misuse of Green Science Policy Institute or your violation of these Terms & Conditions, any applicable laws, rules or regulations. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
International Use
Although Green Science Policy may be accessible worldwide, it is based in the United States and operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the United States. We make no representation that the content or materials available through Green Science Policy are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States; accessing them from countries or territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access Green Science Policy from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable national and local laws regarding online conduct and content, as well as export laws and regulations of the United States.
Termination of Use
You acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, limit, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of Green Science Policy Institute, without notice to you, and for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating our relationship with you and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to access and use Green Science Policy ceases immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information in your account and/or bar any further access to such information and Green Science Policy. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Green Science Policy Institute reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time by modifying the Terms & Conditions herein, including, but not limited to, adding or increasing charges and fees for use of this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions. While we will attempt to provide our users with timely notification of any modifications and revisions to this Agreement by posting on this website or by electronic mail, any such modifications and revisions to this Agreement shall be effective immediately regardless of whether you receive such notice. Continued access and use of the Green Science Policy website following any such modifications or revisions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Feedback and Contact Information
We welcome any feedback, comments and suggestions for improvement of Green Science Policy. Subject to our Privacy Policy, any communications, submissions of any ideas, suggestions, documents, material and/or feedback that you transmit to us, whether by email, post, or other means, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that closely embodies the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Green Science Policy Institute with respect to the use of Green Science Policy and its contents, and the Agreement supersedes and takes precedence over all other communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Green Science Policy Institute or its principals, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, affiliates or third-party providers with respect to this website. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
